Nothing is required from your end to set up or use the Conversion Tools or Ralience account. Ralience will always send automated communication to Conversion Tool leads regardless of your interaction. However, Ralience can’t be used to its fullest potential if there’s no usage on your end.

Currently, there are over 30 various emails/SMS messages that are automatically sent to new leads through Ralience. We’re currently in the process of vastly expanding this volume and will always be adding more to stay as engaging as possible.

No you can’t. Due to the complex way we’ve built the Conversion Tool result algorithms to give users the best feedback, we can’t allow changes to the questions since that will ultimately change the way results are calculated.

The cost of emails/SMS messages are passed on to you, the client. Thankfully, these charges are extremely small. The costs are as follows:
Cost per email: $0.007
Cost per inbound call: $0.085/min
Cost per outbound call: $0.13/min
Cost per 160 char. SMS: $0.075

If Move In Automation services are canceled, we will transfer all contact details to you in the form of an Excel file, although you won’t have access to Ralience after that. For more information, please view our Terms & Conditions.

If Move In Automation services are canceled, the Conversion Tools will immediately be removed – meaning that any place they are embedded online will no longer be available.
