Scott Wells
Founder & President
Scott is a dynamic leader with a degree in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame. His primary focus is on refining the company’s strategy, spreading its mission throughout the senior living industry, and forging strong connections with communities to provide valuable assistance. As a visionary, Scott is passionate about driving the growth and success of ConversionFormula, ensuring it remains at the forefront of innovation in serving seniors and their families. In his personal life, Scott cherishes spending time with his wife, children, and beloved dog, Winston. He also enjoys staying active by hiking and running, making the most of life’s adventures and the great outdoors.
Gabriel Carillo
VP of Operations
Gabriel is a dedicated technical expert with a passion for creating seamless, automated solutions that drive efficiency and enhance client satisfaction. Having earned a B.S. in Astronomy from Northern Arizona University, Gabriel honed his technical skills by conducting Mars Remote Sensing Research on behalf of the NASA Space Grant. This invaluable experience laid the foundation for his work at ConversionFormula setting up complex systems, processes, and operations. When not working on innovative solutions at ConversionFormula, Gabriel cherishes quality time with his family, exploring the world through travel, playing soccer, and staying active.
