1. Check your email
As an existing client, you’ll receive an invite from our team to the email address we have on file.
2. Create your account
Accept the invite and set up your account on the Zoho Desk portal in a few clicks.
3. Track your tickets
Sign in anytime to review your tickets and follow their updated status.
